The science behind the formula.

Formulated and reviewed by a scientific advisory board, and held to strict EU regulatory and quality standards — so a genuinely functional focus supplement can also be a responsible one.

Scientific Advisory Board

The people who make it reliable — working scientists and clinicians, each accountable for the doses, the claims, and the way the report is run. Not influencers.

Barbara Nief

Food & nutrition engineering

Built and dosed products in R&D at Carrefour and Nestlé — over a thousand of them — then launched a brand of her own and sold it in the United States. She makes sure every dose is real, usable and justified.

Every dose has to defend itself.

Claims have to survive both EFSA and the lab.

Neuroscientist

Actively recruiting

We're still looking for a research neuroscientist to lead the cognitive-performance measurement for the office report — turning daily self-report into hard, quantitative data.

Self-report is the start. Data is the proof.

21 ingredients.
Three blocks.

The whole formula was created and locked under EU food-supplement regulation — twenty-one ingredients, every one with a defined role, grouped into three blocks.

The cognitive performance report.

Designed with our scientific advisory board, the report measures how — and when — your team performs across the working day. Quantitative cognitive games and qualitative self-assessment, turned into a clear picture of your team’s best hours.

01

Baseline

A short baseline — daily 60-second self-assessment (focus, energy, fatigue) plus a weekly cognitive task.

02

On RYBL

One stick per working day. The same daily and weekly measures, now with the formula in play.

03

Quant + qual

Cognitive games (memory, attention, reaction time) alongside self-reported focus, energy and calm.

04

Your report

How — and when — your team performs best, delivered as a clear, anonymised performance report.

The report is reserved for the first 30 offices to join — Q3–Q4 2026.

How each ingredient acts on your body.

Electrolytes, bioactive vitamins and medicinal plants — no proprietary blends, no brand-name dressing. Just the actual compounds, the dose, and the mechanism each one contributes.

Caffeine-free alertness

Alpinia galanga

A medicinal-plant rhizome standardised for its active phenolics. In a randomised, placebo-controlled trial it raised sustained attention and reaction speed for up to five hours after a single dose — without acting on adenosine receptors the way caffeine does. The result is alertness with no jitter, no tolerance build-up, and no crash to pay back.

Dopamine availability

Mango leaf extract (mangiferin)

Mangiferin is a polyphenol that inhibits COMT — the enzyme that clears dopamine and noradrenaline from the prefrontal cortex. Slowing that breakdown keeps more of your own motivational neurochemistry in play, so drive and focus hold for longer. A double-blind study showed improved reaction time and cognitive performance within an hour of dosing.

Calm attention

L-Theanine

An amino acid from tea leaves that increases alpha-wave activity — the brainwave signature of relaxed, wakeful concentration. It takes the edge off without sedating, which is exactly why it pairs with the alertness actives: you keep the focus and lose the wired feeling.

Restocking the tank

L-Tyrosine

The free-form precursor your body converts into dopamine and noradrenaline. Under heavy cognitive load or stress, those catecholamines deplete; supplying tyrosine helps replenish them — which a meta-analysis links to preserved performance precisely when the brain is working hardest.

The signal itself

Electrolytes

Sodium and potassium carry the electrical signal every neuron fires with; magnesium supports ATP and a calm nervous system; zinc is the one mineral with an explicit EFSA cognitive-function claim. Even mild dehydration measurably degrades attention and working memory — so RYBL restores the ion balance the rest of the formula relies on.

The long game

Bioactive B-vitamins & D3

Taken every working day, the B-complex and folate are in their bioactive forms — P5P, methyl-B12, 5-MTHF — usable by everyone, including the ~30% who poorly methylate the cheap precursors. They support normal energy-yielding metabolism, psychological function and the reduction of fatigue, with vitamin C and D3 completing the EFSA coverage.

How the formula was built.

Eighteen months of literature review, dose optimisation and regulatory clearance. Every ingredient has a defined role, a justified dose, and an EU-compliant claim path — or it’s not in the stick.

01

Literature review

Systematic search across the human cognitive-performance literature for caffeine-free actives with replicated clinical signal.

02

Dose justification

Each dose mapped to the studied effective dose; cross-checked against the EFSA tolerable upper intake and EU label maximums.

03

Synergy modelling

Pairs validated for additive (theanine + alpinia) or pathway-complementary (tyrosine + mangiferin) mechanisms.

04

Regulatory lock

Final formulation reviewed for compliance with EU 432/2012 and the cross-border claim register.

Three pillars. One stick.

HYDRATE

Cellular hydration as a cognitive lever.

Mild dehydration (1–2 % of body weight) reliably impairs attention, working memory and executive function in controlled studies. RYBL's electrolyte stack restores the ion balance the brain depends on — sodium and potassium for neuronal signalling, magnesium for ATP and neuromuscular calm, zinc as the only mineral in the EU register with an explicit cognitive-function claim.

  • Sodium Citrate — 400 mg elemental
  • Potassium Citrate — 480 mg elemental
  • Magnesium Bisglycinate — 66 mg elemental · EFSA: psychological function + reduction of fatigue
  • Zinc Gluconate — 2.7 mg elemental · EFSA: normal cognitive function
FOCUS

Calm and alert at the same time.

The flow state has a chemistry: enough dopamine to drive intention, not enough cortisol to fragment it. RYBL's focus stack — medicinal plants and amino acids — targets that window via four mechanisms operating in parallel: alpha-wave induction, COMT inhibition, caffeine-free psychostimulation, and catecholamine precursor loading.

  • Mango leaf extract — 300 mg, standardised for mangiferin — COMT inhibitor
  • L-Theanine — 400 mg (Camellia sinensis) — alpha brainwaves, attentional calm
  • Alpinia galanga — 300 mg — caffeine-free psychostimulant
  • L-Tyrosine (free-form) — 500 mg — dopamine and noradrenaline precursor
SUSTAIN

Bioactive vitamins for the long day.

RYBL is taken every working day. That means its B-complex and folate must be in their bioactive forms — not the cheap precursors that ~30 % of the population can't efficiently methylate. P5P, methyl-B12 and 5-MTHF are non-negotiable; vitamin C and D3 round out the EFSA-recognised psychological and immune coverage.

  • B-Complex — P5P, methyl-B12, 5-MTHF, calcium pantothenate
  • Folate — 5-MTHF (bioactive) · EFSA: psychological function
  • Vitamin C — Ascorbic acid · EFSA: reduces tiredness and fatigue
  • Vitamin D3 — Cholecalciferol · EFSA: normal immune function

What the literature actually says.

Medicinal plants are presented as ingredients — not as claim carriers — to stay fully EU-compliant. But every one of them has a clinical paper behind it.
